The last pass should focus on unresolved decisions, not discovery. Use it to confirm the script, reference material, vocabulary choices, and shared notes are ready for recording.
Run the last prep checks
Move through the workspace in the same order you prepared it: script, characters, vocabulary, bookmarks, sharing.
- Confirm the manuscript version and decide what to include from front matter, chapter headings, end matter, and non-story material.
- Review dialogue attribution in dense scenes and every passage with unclear speaker tags.
- Scan the highest-word-count characters, characters with custom notes, and characters with voice samples.
- Confirm pronunciation choices for vocabulary, character names, place names, and invented terms.
- Resolve bookmarks or assign a clear follow-up owner before recording.
- Remove access that is no longer needed after the current review step.
